Terms and Conditions

By downloading or using the app, these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure that you read them carefully before using the app.

1. Intellectual Property

You are not allowed to:

  • Copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way.
  • Attempt to extract the source code of the app.
  • Translate the app into other languages or make derivative versions.

The app itself, along with all trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, belong to YTech.

2. YTech’s Commitment

YTech is committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. However, there are certain responsibilities that YTech does not assume, including:

  • The app requires an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data). YTech cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you don’t have access to Wi-Fi or if your data allowance is depleted.
  • If you use the app outside of a Wi-Fi area, you are subject to your mobile network provider’s terms. You may incur charges from your provider for data usage during this time, including roaming charges if you access the app outside your home territory without turning off data roaming.

If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you’re using the app, please ensure you have the permission of the bill payer to use the app.

3. User Responsibilities

You must keep your device charged. YTech is not responsible if your device runs out of battery and you cannot access the service.

While YTech strives to ensure the app is updated and accurate, we rely on third parties to provide information. YTech accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, resulting from reliance on the app’s functionality.

4. Updates

YTech may wish to update the app. The app is currently available on Android and iOS. Please note that requirements for both systems (and any additional systems to which we extend availability) may change. You must download updates to continue using the app.

YTech does not guarantee that it will always keep the app updated to be relevant or compatible with the version of Android & iOS installed on your device. However, you agree to accept updates when offered.

5. Termination of Use

YTech may terminate your access to the app at any time without prior notice. Upon termination, unless stated otherwise:

  • The rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end.
  • You must stop using the app and, if necessary, delete it from your device.
